WILL ROMBLON SLEEP SOUNDLY NOW WITH YLAGAN IN CONTROL
If Romblon has been suffering from lack of good sleep under two long time-politicos, will Romblon sleep soundly now with Congressman-elect Perpetou "Totoy" Ylagan, an emerging promising leader who survived the jinx in the office of the governor in command?After the four (4) successive historical defeat of Ex-Congressman Jun Beltran, who is now politically dead, according to Nicon's camp, one political animal is very much around and still gasping in the person of Governor Madrona. The record of these two is condemnable. They destroyed the true meaning of public office that is a public trust. They have mastered the art on how to bleed the government dry. This is the reason why Romblon remained the poorest province in the countyr in their hands. In fact, the last nail for their coffin intended for the other vulture is now being sharpened.In the good side of the coin, if the report is true that Ylagan succeeds in resisting the offers of corruption inspite of his previous tactical alliances with the two, that is a good start for a new image because many maintains that Ylagan's nose is still clean, never mind other stomach who is already aching for swallowing more than it can accommodate. "Don't be tempted to the mafiosi connection who is out in power to destroy the only hope that is on hands.."We can only pray that the new Congressman resist the dictation of the remaining vulture and put Romblon in a good shape after experiencing pain and severe damage from the greed arrogance and neglect of the past.
